Blooming Rose Garden
Our highly skilled staff are specially trained in the care of our clients. Services are coordinated under a medical physician and implemented by a Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurses with the sole purpose of addressing the individual needs of each patient and his/her family. Each patient upon admission is assessed and a plan of care (POC) is developed specific to the unique issues affecting each patient.
Congregate living offers up to five levels of care based on medical complexity and therapy needs. Our licensed Vocational Nurses, Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and contracted providers offer the following services to our home care clients.
Our facility operates with skilled nurses twenty-fours a day. Our nurses provide skilled care to our residents based on the POC.
Managing medications properly is essential to your loved one’s health. Medication administration is one service Blooming Rose will provide. Our licensed nurses assist in medication management by tracking medication times, monitoring side effects, monitoring therapeutic ranges and desired outcomes. We also provide Intravenous Medication administration by an RN to treat many different medical issues.
Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) are an important part of everyone's life and is a critical necessity to our residents. Our staff will assist our residents with all daily care needs as needed with compassion and dignity.
Wound Care is another essential service that Blooming Rose provides to those who require it. We provide wound care for surgical wounds, decubitus ulcers of all stages, and more. We have a wound care nurse and MD who will coordinate all treatment.
G-Tube care and feedings are managed by our nurses under orders by the MD and Dietician throughout the shift. Enternal feedings support to individuals who are unable to eat by mouth to provide the necessary nutrition and water needed to maintain weight, strength, and proper hydration. The feeding tube may only be necessary for a short time during intensive medical treatment, or for a longer period of time depending on the specific medical condition.
